For the first time

Me & Mae

Finally! After knowing each other for 5 years, me and one of my closest friends have finally got the chance to meet each other. She's from Iceland, and me being from Norway has made it difficult for us to meet up. But this year their church members were having a congress here in Norway. Anywho, it first started with messaging each other on "Friendster", then chitchat on YM/MSN. Then we've automatically kept in touch. And since then we've become such good friends.

Hope to see you again someday. I really had a good time with you! ^^

I also hope to see all of my other friends around the world! :)

We were like OMG! Finally! Laughing and hugging. We just couldn't believe it that we were standing in front of each other.

Personal Preference

I just finished watching a Korean drama called "Personal Preference". This one goes on the list of one of my favorites.

Since I moved out I haven't got any time to watch this kind of dramas. Living by myself has sure kept my hands full. Now that it's summer and I'll be staying at my parents' for a while, I've finally found some time to watch some dramas again. All I do is sleep, eat, work, sunbath and do whatever. Oh, how I love summer.

Anywho, check it if you're into Korean dramas, this one's a comedy-romance.

Phew!

I've been really busy the last week.

On Wednesday I went to Sweden with my dad, uncle and cousin.

On Thursday & Friday I was busy working. After my afternoon shift at work I met one of my bestfriends - Nicole, which I hadn't seen for quite a long time. Was nice to catch up again.

On Saturday I attended a 18th birthday party (debut), where I was asked at the last minute to be one of the 18 candles and hold a speech. I felt honored and said yes right away. I was also asked to do the debutante's hair and makeup. So I pampered her all up, then my bestfriend (the debutante's sister), a friend, the debutante's mother and my cousin wanted me to do their hair and makeup too. I didn't have the heart to say no, so I did fix all of them. They were satisfied and so were I with the finish outcome. But heck, I felt really tired.

I had an early shift at work the next day and after work I needed to attend to my cousin's confirmation. And on Monday (May 17th) I had an early shift again and a small get together with the family, as it's Norway's National Day.

I know I should be revising for my finals, but there's just so many occasions this month. And now I have to balance work and school. I just can't wait to finish this semester.
